Accessibility
Our hotel offers you the greatest possible accessibility. In addition to a fully equipped handicapped accessible room (Junior Suite) you can easily reach the restaurant, bar, reception and the wellness area of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the Robenstein Villa is only accessible to a limited extent due to the historic building structure and does not have any handicapped accessible rooms. Likewise, the sauna village and the roof terrace are not wheelchair accessible.

Dogs
In our hotel, in addition to our guests, we also warmly welcome their four-legged companions and also prepare a wonderful stay for the fur noses. The Bavarian Forest is a paradise for long walks, agility training and tracking. Feel free to contact our reception team on site, we have plenty of tips for you, checked by our quality manager dog Janosch.

Just leave your dog blanket and bowls at home, we will take care of it. In addition, there is a small bag with attentions, which make the stay more pleasant and simplify.

Please let us know when booking if you are arriving with your dog. The hotel does not provide food, this is not included in the accommodation service. Possible special cleaning costs are not included and may be charged separately. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA area.
