Dear guests and friends of the Robenstein Hotel & SPA, we hope you and your family are well and healthy. And we want to keep it that way. Your health and that of our employees is very important to us, therefore the following Corona protection measures apply:

1. check-in is ONLY possible if the 2-G regulation is fulfilled, i.e. one of the following forms must be available:

• a medical certificate of recovery from Covid 19 (not older than 6 months)

• Proof of vaccination (2nd vaccination must be longer than 14 days ago)

• Furthermore, it should be noted that entry into the hotel is only possible with FFP2 mouth and nose protection.

• NOT POSSIBLE: negative PCR test, negative antigen test.

2. the following must be observed during your stay:

• Mask obligation: Guests must wear a FFP 2 mask in the public areas and walkways. We ask for understanding that employees of the Robenstein Hotel & SPA wear a medical mask during their service.

• Keep your distance: The minimum distance of 1.50 m and the respective applicable contact restrictions must be observed in all public spaces.

• Hygiene measures: All hygiene measures must be observed, such as disinfecting hands at all entrances to public areas.

• Emerging signs of illness: If you show signs of illness, please stay in your room and inform us so that we can arrange for a doctor’s visit.

 

Please note that there may be restrictions on the SPA and wellness facilities. For example, due to requirements imposed by the state government, saunas below 60 degrees may not be operated. Furthermore, body-related services (massages, treatments, cosmetics, etc.) are unfortunately currently only possible to a limited extent in rooms that cannot be “shock-ventilated”, so there may be delays or cancellations of massage appointments. We ask for your understanding.
